Photo Day: On Tuesday, November 24 will be photo day for Kindergarten. Your child needs to wear a clean white school polo for both individual and class photos. Information about purchasing the photos will be sent soon.
Food Drive: November 23 through December 18 NHS will be collecting nonperishable food items to make gift baskets for our janitorial staff for Christmas. Please bring food to the classroom and we will have a box to collect the items. As an additional incentive NHS will give a pizza party to the classroom that has collected the most food items!

- I am from Guayaquil, Ecuador. I went to Providence College in Rhode Island with a tennis scholarship. I received my degree in Elementary and Special Education. I came back home to give back to my country what I was fortunate enough to have received. Then I was offered a job at IAA. Happily this is my eleventh year teaching kindergarten. I feel very lucky since I especially love working with small children. I enjoy playing all sports, especially tennis, volleyball, squash, softball, scuba diving, and soccer. I have a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Alabama. I am confident this will be a great year here at IAA and I am looking forward to it.
