INSECTS:
Please help your child collect some insects in a PLASTIC container for next week. You could place the container in the freezer for a couple of hours for the insects to “go to sleep”. We will use a microscope to take a closer look of the insects.
INSECT BOOKS:
I am starting to send home some INSECT books as an option for you to read to your child every night. Some of them are quite long, so I am telling my students to stop reading when either you or they get tired, place a bookmark and continue to read the next day. You don’t have to read the whole book in one day and you don’t have to read all the pages in the book. Take your time and choose which pages to read to them. When you have finished please return the book in the folder.
